The role of the teachers in TJS is that of a motivator, a person who inspires students by showing their strength and capabilities. All of the teaching faculty at The Jaymore School have a standardised degree in teaching, background or interest in psychology, knowledge of Remediation Teaching and the super power of making children laugh.

We invest heavily in continuous training of our teachers through workshops, seminars, and self-study courses. Every teacher goes through intense training in admission level assessments and making an IEP plan.
